Fantastic session with an all-star group of Johnny Hodges, Harry Carney, Ray Nance, Lawrence Brown, Aaron Bell, and Sam Woodward. Recorded just a month or two prior to Duke's sessions with Coltrane, this is fairly straight ahead jazz but of very high quality.

Cover is VG+; there is minimal wear visible in the white section in the back, and very minor lower-left corner damage. There is zero laminate damage. Vinyl has some visible surface marks, but is generally nice and shiny, and plays great. This is in remarkable shape considering it's over 50 years old, and we don't think you'll find a nicer copy at this price.
